police. this story is developing. stay with 13 action news for the latest updates. and we have more breaking news to tell you about this morning... a fire completely destroys a double wide mobile home. this is just outside nellis air force base... fire crews say they arrived to flames just before 4 this morning... and managed to keep them spreading to several nearby properties. fire officials tell us the mobile home was being rennovated... no one was inside. and no fire crews were also developing this morning... a hiker is dead after falling about 1-hundred-50 feet a red rock canyon. this happened yesterday evening around 6. police say the hiker was with a group of people on the ice box canyon trail when it happened. search and rescue were called out and spotted the hiker's body. this morning, metro says they may have stopped a mass shooting in the making. a henderson man is behind bars accused of making terrorist threats on a youtube video. an arrest report shows bryce

about power systems at airports this morning. a power outage led to a complete ground stop yesterday at airports in miami and ft. lauderdale, florida. critical radar and some communication systems went down, essentially leaving controllers blinded. it left jetliners with nowhere

circling the airports, others were forced to divert. it took 90 minutes to reboot the systems. more than 1-hundred flights were delayed. u-s olympic swimmer ryan lochte will face charges for falsely reporting a crime. brazilian police made the announcement yesterday. this is surveillance video from the alleged incident. lochte had said he and 3 other swimmers were robbed in rio. he's since admitted that he over-exaggerated the story. lochte won't have to appear in lawyer instaed. if convicted, he could face 1 to 6 months in jail or pay a fine. now to italy, where rescuers are racing against time to find survivors of that deadly earthquake. the 48-hour window has closed, and officials say that window is the best chance of finding someone alive. yet rescuers are still uncovering miracles. this man was pulled to safety after being stuck underneath

233-243 nats of screaming.. come on man, can you get back in? dramatic bodycam video shows a georgia police officer saving the life of a man trapped when officer dan whitney arrived, he found the s-u-v engulfed in fire and a passenger yelling for help. the impact bent the vehicle's fram and jammed all of the doors shut. officer whitney bent the door frame back enough to pull the man through the rear window. as he did this, an explosion from under the hood knocked the officer off his feet.
